Kendra Tillman is a certified life and executive coach and the founder of StrongHerMe Coaching & Consulting.
Kendra is a wife & mom of 3, is dedicated to equipping women with training and mentorship to own their spiritual growth and transformation! Through StrongHerMe, she encourages and equips go-getter women and teen girls with resources that help them take courageous action in their calling.
In 2014 Kendra launched an annual faith based women’s empowerment conference, You Are Stronger Than You Think and the following year authored her first book with the same title, You Are Stronger Than You Think: Lessons of Endurance in the Race of Faith.
Her second book, STRONG Womanhood Growth Journal: Activating the Courage to Live Out Your Calling is on sale now. She’s also a contributing writer for A Moment to Breathe Devotional and the (in)courage Devotional Bible.
Kelli Center is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Centered Living Counseling & Coaching Services, LLC.
Kelli is passionate about helping individuals to become mentally and spiritually whole so they can be free to live their best life. She feels especially called to bridge the gap between the spiritual and mental health communities, dispelling misconceptions that keep people of faith from receiving the support necessary to meet their mental and emotional needs.
With more than 15 years of experience, Kelli works with individuals, couples and families from all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. She has experience in addressing an array of
needs, including depression, anxiety, relationship communication and trauma. Kelli also provides Christian counseling.

The Focus.me Project will help go-getter women jumpstart the process of breaking habits that are keeping us busy, stressed out and not effectively reaching our goals.
