We hosted Kendra for a female staff lunch and learn. Our goals were to create an opportunity for shared experience, connection with coworkers, and equipping in leadership skills. The process of filling out Kendra's request form began our journey. Answering the questions of what we wanted was in and of itself clarifying. We had to be specific about what we wanted to happen. What exactly did we want the attendees to learn and walk with from this lunch and learn? Kendra delivered more than we even could have imagined. She made it a welcome and safe place for us to share and to be honest, while simultaneously giving a vision for change that began with us individually. It was interactive, intriguing, and fun! We didn't just learn about concepts, we actually in the training, did the skill we were learning. It was put into practice right then and there. It went by really fast. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. As a team we felt more unified, encouraged and excited to continue doing what was learned. The day it happened, there were already questions about when she would be coming back! Thank you Kendra!
